1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

PREPARATION

Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

Add walnuts, cranberries, onion, broccoli slaw and apple. Toss well to coat with dressing.
