2 cups frozen banana slices (slightly heaping)

1/2 cup low fat milk or non-dairy milk of choice

2 tablespoons Nutty Gourmet walnut butter

2 tablespoons cacao powder

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1 tablespoon hemp seeds
PREPARATION

Place all smoothie ingredients in a blender container and blend until smooth.
