Q: Why do you use palm oil in some of your nut butters? Is your palm oil sustainable?

A: A small amount of sustainable palm oil is added to some of our nut butters to help keep the nut oil from separating and rising to the top of the jar. We use only Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil. For nut butters without palm oil, try our Organic Raw Walnut Butter or our Pistachio Butter.

Q: Are your products safe for Keto diets?

A: Yes! Some of our products are Keto friendly. Keto dieters can enjoy these snack nuts: Sea Salt Walnuts and Rosemary Walnuts, and these nut butters: Sea Salt Walnut Butter, Pistachio Butter, and Organic Raw Walnut Butter.

Q: Are your products roasted?

A: We roast the walnuts in our snack nut line because it brings out the best walnut flavor to compliment the seasonings. All our nut butters are roasted except our Organic Raw Walnut Butter, which has been naturally steam pasteurized to ensure food safety, but has not been roasted.

Q: Are your products produced in a peanut free manufacturing facility?

A: Yes! All Nutty Gourmet products are guaranteed peanut free from farm to packaging.

Q: Should I refrigerate  my products after opening? 

A: Refrigeration is not required however, it can keep all nut products in general at their optimum freshness for a longer period of time.
