Nutty Colada


  • 8 oz pineapple juice

  • 6 oz walnut milk

  • 4 oz white rum

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 5 tablespoons coconut cream

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar

  • Toasted Nutty Gourmet walnuts, fresh mint and pineapple slices (optional toppings)


  1. Pour walnut milk and pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze until firm.

  2. Transfer to a blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour into frozen daiquiri, hurricane or highball glass. Garnish with walnuts, mint and pineapple, if desired.
