Not good

I think the microplastics made inflamation in my gut, hurt bad. I dont usually eat from plastic containers. I threw it out and bought GoPal's instead, higher fresher quality & in a glass jar. I needed walnut butter as a "fast snack," definitely not trying to harm my gut while fasting to Heal my gut.

Delicious walnut butter!

Add some to your favorite toast with honey and enjoy a scrumptious snack. I also add to my chocolate,-blueberry protein shake for a very satisfying lunch and even a dessert replacement.
